it feels great to be able to catch up with some old friends today. its not as if i'm 40 plus or even 60 something. its juz that after being dumped into a class with no close friends, i just suddenly felt that sense of belonging again. wat a warm and fuzzy feeling. but its like doing follow-up with their life story after skipping countless pages.

school life has been alright. what i hate most is the rubbish that they are building all over the school. it is a total waste. why dun they just fix the lifts and the toilets and solve some other sanitation issues? think about how many toilets they can renovate with all that money they spent on the useless garden. if u cant meet the basic necessities, dun bother beautifying the place. reminds me of the $40 million they are gonna spend on orchard road. sounds ridiculous to me.

yesterday i spent 2 hrs walking around amk central rather aimlessly. i wanted to get a present for my dad's birthday u see, but they dun sell those little swiss army knife that he used to carry. there was a shop selling signs to be hanged inside the car too, but they were pretty loud for our cute family car. so i kind of dropped the idea of getting his present there and continued to window shop.


after helping to sell those adorable baby shoes, i can't help but walk into shops selling baby products. 2 main reasons y i can't stop that habit:
1. i wanna know by how much did my boss actually mark up her products.
2. help to spot the stuff she's selling and inform her of the price.
i feel like a spy. kekeke :)
so on level 2 of amkhub, i chanced upon this shop by the name of genius (they sell baby n kids stuff). unknowingly, i juz let myself in there to spy on them. n guess what i found! i caught them selling baby socks and shoes that my boss sells too. heh heh.. of coz i reported on them.. they are juz suay k. but it was they who forced me to do it. they made me really furious k.
wanna know y, read the dialogue i had with the salesgirl.

SG: hi, these socks are for 0-6mths babies.
ME: u mean a 6mths baby's feet can fit into these? (my boss said they are meant for only up to 3mths)
SG: ya. it says 0-6mths on the box. anyway baby's feet are actually quite small.
ME: oh. i see.
SG: if you are looking for slightly bigger socks, these are some of the available designs. are u buying for ur own baby?
ME: (@.@ !!! honestly i was really fed up k. but i couldn't give away my spy status, so i kept my cool) oh.. no. i'm getting it for my friend's.
SG: oh..
ME: its alright, i'll just take a look around. :)

horrible rite? they should seriously consider firing her. she looks like she's in her late 20's.


i also came across this super 'attitude' salesgirl. she looks like a school dropout.
hahaha.. stereotyping again..


before i end this post i'd juz like to say this, CURIOSITY KILLED THE CAT! so if u are juz a little kitty, mind ur own business.

i screwed up my driving mock test. i'm not sure what they call it but for those who goes to SSDC for manual lessons, its subject 31. 2 immediate failure and 44 demerit points. btw, i think he was pretty lenient. crappy huh?. i dunno what happened. but after much thoughts n considerations, the following are some possible reasons:

1. coz i haven't been driving for more than a month. i almost forgot how the car function.
2. i wasn't used to the new cars. they have been giving me those super old cars last time n i got used to them. i've been praying for the new ones for ages and somehow they keep dumping me with the old ones.
3. i'm juz too tired. woke up at 5 for the 8 o'clock lesson. its not like an everyday thing for me k. i only do that once a week.
4. i didn't adjust the mirror well enough. i was afraid that he will deduct more points for that k. but wat a stupid mistake.


oh no.. there's loads of stuff to print for tmr's lecture. can i borrow someone's notes to photocopy? juz trying to save some of the ink at home. watever, i'm gonna bring my lappy to school tmr. to get some research done too. 2 hrs break k. thats a lot of time. i think.

my entire family is addicted to KEROPOK!!!
we juz keep eating. eating. eating... dip some chilli sauce n keep eating. eating. eating..
when will we stop?!

dad got himself a new phone today. *cheers*
i guess he's been waiting for this day for months!
we went down to amkhub's hello shop to sign up the $110+ mio plan this evening.
the waiting time was close to 1 hr! but no, we weren't pissed.
we juz spent the time watching brian wong n michelle chia hosting the citispa programme.
i think its partly coz the guy who served us was pretty polite and we were served for around 30 min ba.
so we kind of understood why it took so long.
anyway, they're coming to fix up everything on 30 oct! so so excited!
but that means i have to find ways to get the com fix by before that day.
another extra thing to do. hmm..

finally done with this relatively new blog n i'm going to bed.
there's loads to do tmr. like those bloody tutorials. crap.

why is it that i have this feeling that some ppl are avoiding me.
nevermind, i'd rather they avoid me than them pissing me the moment they log on.
